At LionsPride we treat your home as if it is one of the pieces we are delivering. Our years of experience have given us the tools to perform your deliveries with the utmost professionalism and meticulous care. This includes:

  • “Red Carpet” (Rubber Floor protection we roll out, which happens to have a red cloth side)
  • Washable Booties are worn when we are off the “Red Carpet”
  • White Gloves (seriously)
  • Pad protection for your doors, door-jams and railing
  • 100% pad protection of the furniture from the bottom up. This includes the use of bio-degradable shrink wrap and large rubber bands to limit the use of non-recyclable wrap and tape.
  • Full assembly
  • Removal of all packing materials
  • Supply felt for items being delivered
  • Will wipe down/clean items before we leave
  • Highly Trained Staff

At the warehouse when we receive the items to be delivered they are given a full and meticulously detailed inspection. If damage is found upon inspection we have a in-house repair tech that can repair the majority of minor issues. Since we do such a thorough inspection upon receipt of your or your clients belongings we are able to determine quickly the needs of severe freight damage. We understand that the time required for shipping items here to Portland can be long and tiresome. With severe freight damage we work diligently to communicate with you immediately. This allows for a quick solution and the items to be delivered as soon as possible.

The packaging of these shipments is the either broken down for reuse in one of many applications or it is recycled. Our power and heat at the warehouse is sustainable as well. We are circle members with NW Natural and our electricity is 100% wind powered (Pac Power). This includes our Fork Lift which operates on that wind power as well. Our receiving area, storage units, pallets and floor (1st level) under our pallet racking is covered with salvaged carpet. This helps to protect your belongings while they stay with us at our warehouse.

We have recently altered our pricing to a 3 tiered system to better serve our clients.

It is as follows:

SILVER (Left in Box)†
 $75 Flat fee for the first item
 $35 per additional piece
This is our basic delivery option and most common in the Delivery Service world. It can be best described as your basic front door delivery of boxed items. With Lion-sPride it is not strictly defined as just inside the front door but close to it. It however does not include unpacking and removal of all packing materials to be recycled. With this option, we provide no financial responsibility for damage to the goods be-ing delivered.

GOLD (Draped)†
 $95 Flat fee for the first item
 $45 per additional piece
This is a blanket draped, main floor only, room of choice delivery.
We will provide Pad Protection for the Front Door and Jam, utilize our White-Gloves, re-usable washable booties, and our polypropylene floor protection.
With this option, we provide $0.60/lb released value protection for the items being delivered.
Note: “Items” can be grouped together to count as one i.e. dining table w/chairs, set of lamps, mattress and box spring, etc. Please see your sales rep for more informa-tion.

PLATINUM (White-Glove)
 $95/hour
Time starts when load begins OR when we leave our warehouse in route to load location. Time ends upon completion of Delivery/Install. With this option, we pro-vide Full Wholesale Replacement Value for items being delivered.
Includes:
-Room of Choice delivery -Assembly of furniture, felt pads for feet, -No additional fee for Stairs cleaning/wipe down
-No additional long carry charges -Removal of all packing materials for
